Job Description

Role Overview:You are being sought after by BOLD for the position of a senior professional to implement and manage Testing and Quality Assurance specifically tailored for AI-driven products and Data Science workflows. Your responsibilities will include bridging the gap between traditional software testing and modern machine learning evaluation, managing QA teams, and developing and owning the QA strategy for AI-driven features.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the QA strategy for AI-driven features, focusing on model accuracy, data drift, and performance metrics (Precision, Recall, F1-score).- Implement state-of-the-art AI tools to automate test case generation, code analysis, and synthetic data creation.- Oversee the testing of Generative AI outputs and develop BOLDs quality framework.- Drive initiatives and ensure smooth coordination across teams for timely goal achievement.- Participate in Requirement Analysis, Sprint planning, and Bug triage meetings.- Liaise with product, development, and infrastructure teams for high-quality application delivery.- Manage and mentor team members to maximize output and efficiency while promoting a culture of quality.- Evaluate and suggest new tools and technologies.Qualifications Required:- Solid understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle.- Experience using LLMs and AI-coding assistants for testing.- Experience in a high volume web/ecommerce environment.- Hands-on experience with UI/API automation tools integrated with AI-driven capabilities.- Knowledge of web service technologies like XML, REST, SOAP, and query languages like SQL, JQL.- Experience in testing complex web and mobile apps.- Strong application architecture and technical knowledge.- Knowledge of web concepts, web performance infrastructure, and basic UX standards.- Strong communication skills.Company Details:BOLD is a global organization dedicated to transforming work lives by helping people find jobs through digital products.
