Job Description

Role Overview:You will be a Project Manager at a leading manufacturer of premium decorative lighting solutions based in Noida. Your main responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end execution of lighting projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and seamless coordination between internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end execution of lighting projects including monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery as per project schedules and client timelines- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand project requirements, and handle site-level coordination with architects, designers, and contractors- Coordinate with design, production, PPC, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve execution bottlenecks and delays- Conduct site visits to monitor installation and progress, maintain quality standards, and provide timely solutions for on-site issues- Track project timelines, monitor project costing, and ensure efficient utilization of resources- Maintain project status reports, share regular updates with management and clients, and ensure proper documentation of all project stages- Ensure all deliverables meet design and quality standards, coordinate for final inspection, and project closureQualification Required:- Graduate / Diploma / Engineering background preferred- 37 years of experience in project management (lighting / interiors / manufacturing preferred)- Strong understanding of project execution and site coordination- Good communication and client-handling skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset- Willingness to travel for site visits Role Overview:You will be a Project Manager at a leading manufacturer of premium decorative lighting solutions based in Noida.
