    You are a motivated Inside Sales Representative who will play a crucial role in driving sales efforts by engaging in effective cold calling, lead generation, and selling IT and CRM solutions within the US market. Your passion for technology sales, strong communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our IT and CRM solutions.- Qualify leads generated through various channels and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities.- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts and improve sales pipeline conversion rates.- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and progress with leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive selling and negotiation.- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market changes to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Requirements:- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in IT sales or CRM solutions.- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and customers.- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).- US market experience in B2B sales is a plus.In addition to the specific job requirements, you should have experience with applicant tracking systems, strong communication skills, lead generation expertise, and familiarity with the US market. Your 4-9 years of experience will be valuable in this role.
