Job Description

    As the Operations Manager for the West Zone, you will lead a team of Client Service Associates to ensure smooth servicing of key clients and develop marketing campaign strategies. Your responsibilities will include:- Developing marketing campaign strategies and ensuring their execution- Managing the tracking and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns- Meeting and speaking with key clients to address any issues or concerns- Delivering optimization and reporting of results against metrics- Developing CRM strategies for each campaign and coordinating CRM activity- Working with key stakeholders to identify marketing/product solutions for new revenue streams- Actively contributing to the departments success by providing ideas and best practicesQualifications required for this role:- An MBA/Engineering Degree with 8 to 15 years of experience- Experience in designing campaigns through market research and analytics- Result-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and management skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Business focus, customer service orientation, and confidence in providing solutions- Flexible, collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective relationshipsIf you meet these qualifications and are looking to take on a challenging role with opportunities for growth and development, we encourage you to apply for this position.
