As a Senior Operations Analyst at SimCorp, you will play a crucial role in ensuring robust control and accuracy across all asset classes and custodians in Noida. Your primary focus will be on Reconciliation and Data capture. Heres a breakdown of what will be expected from you:**Key Responsibilities:**- Handle Corporate Actions, Coupons, Dividends, and Derivative lifecycle management related production work.- Participate in projects aimed at operational improvements or client onboardings.- Ensure oversight into application functionality and testing efforts including the preparation and completion of testing.- Update and maintain business procedures within the team.- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing processes.- Support the development and implementation of new workflows and ensure adoption.**Qualifications Required:**- More than 6 years of experience working in the investment industry.- Profound understanding of one or more back-office functions, especially Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, Derivatives, and Asset Servicing.- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze them, and propose solutions.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.- Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.- A Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.SimCorp offers competitive salary, bonus schemes, and pension benefits.
