Job Description

    As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing multiple campaigns. Your role will involve managing all aspects of operations, including staffing, training, and ensuring exceptional client service. You will monitor day-to-day operations and resolve any issues that arise to ensure smooth functioning.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage Operations Managers, Team Leaders, and staff to set individual and team goals and implement strategies for achieving them.- Provide guidance and support to Operations Managers in meeting team and individual targets.- Ensure smooth communication between senior management and operational teams.- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams and individuals to analyze data and improve operational efficiency and team performance.- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery and problem resolution to meet client needs.- Assist the Operations Director in crafting and improving operational procedures and processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.- Analyze data, identify trends, and take actionable steps based on findings.
