Your responsibilities will include developing strategic plans, implementing best practices, and leading a distributed team of sanitation professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive sanitation and hygiene strategies for diverse client environments.- Oversee the daily operations of sanitation teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and inventory for sanitation supplies and equipment.- Develop and deliver training programs for sanitation staff on best practices, safety procedures, and equipment usage.- Conduct regular site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor sanitation solutions accordingly.- Investigate and resolve sanitation-related issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively.- Stay updated on the latest sanitation technologies, cleaning chemicals, and regulatory changes.- Lead and motivate a remote team of sanitation supervisors and specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and achievements.- Ensure all activities comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Environmental Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
