Senior Software Engineering Lead (Python)

You will have the chance to make a significant impact on the communities served and contribute to advancing health optimization on a global scale.**Key Responsibilities:**- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies, and procedures, and any directives related to work location, team changes, shift changes, and other decisions arising from the evolving business environment.**Qualifications Required:**- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience- 10 years of experience as a developer with Python- 7 years of experience working with databases (MySQL, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.) and SQL or NoSQL DB- Ability to diagnose database issues and work on query improvements- 3 years of experience with Flask, FastAPI, or Django- 3 years of experience with Restful Web Services- Proficiency in writing quality software using Python and GoLang- Experience in UI development with React at a beginner level- Unit Testing experience using frameworks like pytest (Integration/system test a plus)**Additional Company Details:**UnitedHealth Groups mission is to help people live healthier lives and improve the health system for everyone.
