Role Overview:TechioSoft Systems is seeking a highly capable and driven Senior Development Lead to join our growing engineering organization. As a Senior Development Lead, you will operate as a hands-on technical leader, responsible for guiding development teams, shaping solution architecture, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment, driving both engineering excellence and team productivity. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who thrive in leadership roles while remaining deeply engaged in modern engineering practices, including cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and enterprise-scale system design.Key Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership - Lead a team of developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, and delivery accountability - Own end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture, timelines, and quality standards - Act as the primary point of contact for technical decisions, design trade-offs, and implementation strategy- Design, Development & AI-Enabled Engineering - Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications - Architect and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems - Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve developer productivity and code quality - Contribute hands-on to complex components, ensuring clean, maintainable, and extensible codebases - Drive adoption of modern design patterns, domain-driven design (DDD), and API-first approaches- Engineering Excellence & Modern Dev Practices - Establish and enforce best practices across code quality, testing, observability, and performance optimization - Lead implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices - Promote shift-left testing, test automation, and continuous quality engineering - Enable strong developer experience (DevEx) through tooling, templates, and streamlined workflows - Ensure systems are built with resilience, scalability, and production observability in mind- Cloud, Platform & Automation Focus - Drive development aligned with cloud-native principles, containerization, and microservices architecture - Work with DevOps and platform teams to implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC), environment automation, and deployment pipelines - Support adoption of container orchestration, serverless patterns, and managed cloud services - Champion platform engineering practices to improve reusability and reduce delivery friction- Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead Agile execution including planning, estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery - Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and delivery plans - Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks proactively- Quality, Support & Governance - Oversee defect management and ensure adherence to SLA, quality, and release standards - Guide UAT, production readiness, and post-deployment support - Ensure compliance with SDLC governance, security standards, and audit requirements- Continuous Improvement & Team Growth - Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and accountability - Drive adoption of emerging technologies, AI-assisted workflows, and modern engineering practices - Encourage knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and internal accelerators - Contribute to technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and playbooksQualification Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- 8 years of software development experience, including 2 years in a technical leadership role- Strong programming expertise in .NET, or Node.js- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular (preferred)- Proven experience in microservices, APIs, and distributed system design- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps practices- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows- Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and system architecture- Experience leading Agile teams and delivering in iterative environmentsBehavioral Competencies:- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities- Excellent problem-solving and systems thinking- Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders- High ownership and accountability mindset- Adaptability to evolving technologies and fast-paced delivery environmentsAbout TechioSoft Systems:TechioSoft Systems is a t
