Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience.Key Responsibilities
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
    • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
    • Process customer requests, feedback, and service issues.
    • Generate customer satisfaction reports and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Assist in customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
    • Support sales and operations teams in providing excellent customer service.
