He/She will also be responsible for achieving the sales target and maintain quality service standards through their teams.Campaign Management
    • Weekly review and monitoring the Teams on all running campaigns
    • Monitoring and ensuring 80% Login to issuance as per defined process & TAT
    • Ensure FTR
    • Ensure regular training
    • Best Practise Sharing
    • Run and Manage R&R for team motivation
    • Ensure Persistency and control surrender
    Target Orientation
    • Should always be abreast of the current business situation Like no. Of leads, conversion %, business numbers etc.
    Relationship Management, Sales target achievement & Process Adherence
    • Ensure Target Vs Achievement always
    • Ensure excellent rapport with the Branch Managers & LG to maximize productivity
    • Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with field BM/GH
    • Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with other functions in the organisation
    • Ensure Processes are adhered to as per TAT.
    Quality -Sales Support
    • Ensure Quality standards in sales support process with efficient escalation mechanism
    Dialer Software support, integration & enhancement
    • To manage the above for smooth functioning on the floor.
