Job Description

    We, atSatopradhan, are seeking a passionate and knowledgeableBio Enzyme Managerto handle our bio enzyme production and its applications in organic farming. This role is ideal for someone who can combine theirchemistry expertisewith hands-on experience infarming and agriculturepractices.You will be responsible for leading bio enzyme production, quality control, and applying bio enzymes effectively in sustainable farming.Key ResponsibilitiesBio Enzyme Production & Management
    • Oversee bio enzyme formulation, preparation, and fermentation processes.
    • Maintain quality standards and conduct lab testing for enzyme effectiveness.
    • Innovate new uses of bio enzymes in organic cleaning products and agriculture.
    Farming & Agriculture Applications
    • Implement bio enzyme usage in naturalfarming practicessuch as soil enrichment, pest management, and crop growth.
    • Guide farm teams on bio enzyme applications to improve yield and sustainability.
    • Document and monitor results of bio enzyme trials in farming.
    Operations & Management
    • Maintain production schedules and inventory of bio enzymes.
    • Effectively manage the tasks and supervise the team.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemistry, Agriculture, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or related fields.
    • Knowledge of fermentation, microbial processes, or enzyme chemistry.
    • Experience in farming, organic agriculture, or related fields (preferred).
    • Strong problem-solving, research, and management skills.
    • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly farming.
