Job Description

    At Satopradhan, we are looking forCustomer Support Specialistsfor providing exceptional service and support to customers.Required Skills & Qualifications :
    • A bachelors degree in any stream.
    • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
    • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide professionalcustomer supportvia phone, email, and chat.
    • Assist with order processing, returns, and product queries.
    • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
    • Maintain records ofcustomer supportinteractions and resolutions.
    • Share feedback and help improve ourcustomer supportsystems.
    • Stay updated with product knowledge to offer bettercustomer support.
