  • Licensing of the agents and building own team
  • Driving productivity of the new and vintage agents
  • Driving performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
  • Coaching and mentoring of the PFA
  • Delivering new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
  • Ensure business Reporting, MIS on a sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.
Specific Authorities( Financial & Non-Financial)
  • Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
  • - Educate the Customer about the company/ channel
