Job Description

    We are looking to hire aPurchase Managerwho will oversee the procurement process of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies necessary for the production and distribution of our organic personal care and grocery products. This role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods, and maintaining inventory levels to support uninterrupted business operations.Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage theprocurement and purchaseprocess from requisition to delivery.
    • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth purchase and procurement operations.
    • Ensure timelypurchase and procurementof raw materials, packaging, and other essentials.
    • Negotiate rates and contracts to optimize thepurchase and procurementbudget.
    • Maintain accurate purchase records, procurement reports, and supplier data.
    • Coordinate with accounts for timely payments related topurchase and procurement.
    • Monitor inventory levels and planpurchase and procurementschedules accordingly.
    • Evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability to strengthen theprocurement and purchaseprocess.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards forprocurement and purchase.
    • Forecast futurepurchase and procurementrequirements based on production plans.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proven experience inpurchase and procurementmanagement, preferably in food, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchase/procurement software.
    • Attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
