The Cloud Services Team is looking for an experienced Full Stack engineer to join our Innsbruck or Vienna-based team in Barracudas Network Security division. Youll be part of the team building the next generation of our SaaS-based solution. The new solution is the platform for combining our network, application, data security and Zero Trust Access products into an easy-to-use SaaS service protecting our customers on their digital transformation to the public cloud. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced DevOps engineer to take on a leading role around the development and support of the CI/CD pipelines for the cloud hosted services that form the control pane of our Firewall and SD-WAN products. You will work in a small, international, agile team environment and adhere to an iterative development process through planning, testing, and deployment.What youll be working on:

• Designing and implementing scalable and automated cloud infrastructure and identifies areas for optimization in applications and infrastructure
• Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient software release processes
• Developing and maintaining automation tools that streamline deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management
• Documenting advanced procedures, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance the knowledge base of the DevOps team
• Collaborating with development teams to integrate new features and functionalities into the deployment pipeline
• Troubleshooting and resolving escalated incidents and outages, working to minimize downtime and ensure continuity
• Performing effective monitoring, provisioning, installation/configuration, and maintenance of systems hardware and software
• Applying core knowledge of DevOps engineering concepts, principles and practices to complete tasks and starts to develop expertise in a specific technical area
• Working in a task-oriented manner on one or more work areas within DevOps engineering projects
• Working proactively with the broader team to identify solutions for a low complexity problem
• Operating in a dynamic environment and project practice.

What you bring to the role:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in Software Development, IT Operations, Cloud Computing or equivalent
• Solid hands on experience developing and supporting Cloud Services in AWS and/or Azure
• Experience building and using Docker containers for a Kubernetes environment
• Solid hands on experience developing and supporting Cloud Services in AWS and/or Azure
• Experience in public cloud PaaS and IaaS tools and environments, particularly with Azure.
• An interest in and understanding of network security
• Experience working with Terraform
• Worked on pipelines involving containers/deployment to containerized platforms
• Knowledge and expertise in Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Nexus or equivalent CI/CD tools
• Troubleshooting and Debugging
