Job Description

    The Quote and Order Administrator is responsible for handling all inquiries for standard quotes leading up to order placement to provide a positive customer experience. Individuals is this role also work to resolve all order exceptions with the customer to ensure IDT has all necessary information required to process. Your profile:
    • Identifies the correct product offering; uses IDT s internal software to configure and quote customer requests.
    • Responsible for timely and accurate generation of quotes for standard product offerings and subsequent order placement
    • Reviews orders to screen for most common issues and clarifies any missing/unclear information
    • Resolves order exceptions for orders received by email and the website
    • Answer inbound customer inquiries by phone, email or chat for requests during the quote to order cycle
    • Documents all inbound and outbound customer interactions in IDT s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
    • Uses correct escalation procedures for issues outside the scope of accountabilities or expertise
    Education/Experience:
    • High school degree with 2 years customer service experience required.
    • Bachelor s degree in a scientific related field prefered
    • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
    • SAP Experience
