  • Responsible for specifying and maintaining requirements for 5G RAN features in User Plane.
  • Analysis of customer feature requirements for 5G RAN
  • FSY (Feasibility study)
  • FS1TA (FS1 Technical Analysis)
  • CFAM System level requirement (CP1/CP2) authoring
  • Contribution to CR/CNI related to User Plane features
  • Contribution to Pronto fixes
  • Interaction with standardization delegates on functions and procedures for the support of 5G RAN
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor/Master in telecommunication, ECE/ Computer Science or equivalent area preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in mobile network product system engineering, development, system test or network engineering
  • Good knowledge within mobile network technologies (4G / 5G), radio system architecture, Radio interface user plane protocols ,functions and standards.
  • Experience with requirements engineering on system and network element level
  • Experience in RAN User plane / MAC scheduler functionality in 4G/5G is must
  • Experience in RAN User plane System architecture is a plus
  • Good knowledge of 5G/LTE technology
  • knowledge of agile development methods
  • Good interpersonal skills and capability to work in international multi-site environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good analytical skills and open minded
