At HP, the future is yours to create!As an AB Test Engineer for HP Support website, you will manage experiments, understand the business need and problem statement. You will test the hypothesis, validate the measures of success and failures. You will track data, report, analyse and generate actionable insights to conclude experiments with SME s or product managers to ensure a successful product or feature for development. Youll need to work well cross-functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically, and have a strong bias for action.You will have the opportunity to use your design thinking capabilities and collaborate with multiple teams at different locations in HP to improve customer experience. We re looking for people who are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, can demonstrate a high degree of ownership, and want to have fun while they contribute to build excellent products.Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Product Managers, SME s and other stakeholders to gather requirements to understand their goals and work with the Dev team to develop the best solutions on support.hp.com.
  • Review all live A/B experiments.
  • Understand the hypothesis for A/B test cases.
  • Create reports and reporting of A/B experiments.
  • Analyse reports and generate actionable insights for all experiments.
  • Planning and execution of project activities.
Education and Experience Required:
  • Knowledge of A/B testing or Experimentation.
  • Experience in Data Analytics & Reporting and can generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and expert in using Excel and PPT.
  • Experience in using Optimizely, Adobe test, and target.
  • Knowledge of web development on application based on HTML, CSS Technologies & Chrome Developer tools.
  • Experience in functional Quality Assurance Testing.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or MBA.
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience.
Other Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with product managers, SME and other stakeholders.
  • Interest in Design thinking.
