    • Qualification should be MBA with 3- 5 Years Experience in the USD/INR accounting.
    • Should have Experience in the Internal Business and Accounting.
    • Should work with the International Biz.Teams on Integration of Accounts.
    • Should work with the Indian companies listed/unlisted to review the Accounts.
    • Should be in a positions to consolidate in to Indian INR accounts.
    • Quarterly Financials and Reporting should be done for Mgmt review.
    • P/L and Balance sheet should be generated in Local and INR for 4-5 companies.
    • Monthly Cash Flow and P&L Should be prepared in line with Cy.Accts Heads.
    • Review and Recon with the Holding company and subsidaries to be done.
    • RPT transactions to be monitored and Reported on Quarterly.
    • Support to the Each Company on Fund and Profitability Areas.
    • Control on the Other Modules with Integration etc plans.
    • Should help on the Dues Collections/Bills Discounting etc.
