We are looking for a bright, well- spoken, well organized, accounts executive. You will be responsible for the following: Maintaining Accounting Records/Bookkeeping in Zoho Books Manage all banking transactions, invoices, bills.
Collections & Payments Follow up with customers for deposit and rent collection; manage payments for vendors, association maintenance, utility bills across all properties.
Requirements - At least 2 years of Accounting Experience - Familiar with Zoho Books - Pleasant personality, confident and well- spoken individual. - Very well organized - Dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion and commitment to succeed, and attention to detail. - Bachelor s Degree in Commerce/allied subjects, or certified training for Accounts Executive
