Job Description

Qualification: CA Inter / CA

Brief Description: Overall in charge of Finance Accounts functions and all the Statutory Compliances of Clients

Coverage:

  • All Finance Accounts related work
  • Payroll Structuring and administration
  • Company Law Matters
  • Direct Indirect Tax
  • RBI SEBI Matters
  • STPI Customs related work
  • Labour Regulations
  • Co-ordination of Internal Statutory Audit and Secretarial Audit
  • Attending to all the statutory assessments and notices

    • Finance Accounting Activities:

  • Preparation of Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Complete review of financial accounts.
  • Preparation of Budgets and cash flow projections.
  • Payroll Processing.
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management.

    • Payroll Structuring and Administration:

  • Compensation Structuring.
  • Payroll Processing and related compliances.

    • Company Law Matters:

  • Maintenance of Statutory Register, including secretarial work like conducting of board and share holders meetings and maintenance of minutes etc
  • Filing of forms and returns with MCA

    • Direct Indirect Tax:

  • Monitoring of deduction and payment of TDS
  • Filing of Quarterly Returns for TDS
  • Filing of Income Tax Returns and related matters
  • Filing of GST Returns

    • STPI Customs:

  • Filing of Softex Forms for Exports
  • Filing of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly STPI Returns and other related STPI

  • Import Approval Documentation
  • CT3 Approval Documentation
  • Warehousing procedures - STPI Customs

    • RBI SEBI:

  • Preparation and filing of Intimations and returns for investments by NRI Investors and ESOP.
  • SEBI Quarterly returns on Venture Capital Investments.
  • Interaction with SEBI and authorised dealers on Venture Capital Investments.

    • Reporting:

  • Preparation of MIS Reports.
  • Cash Flow statements on a monthly basis as required by the Management.
  • Preparation of Annual Budget and preparation of variance analysis.
  • Preparation of Projections for the purpose of Financial Institutions or Statutory Organizations.
