Job Description

    • Expertise in tool administration (experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow tools maybe an advantage)
    • Sound knowledge on atleast 2 scripting languages (Groovy, Javascript, VBscript or Python)
    • Experience with BPM workflow ruleset administration, backend administration
    • Experience on Change management / Development in Automotive sector will be an advantage
    • Expertise on Process analysis and optimization by creating and implementing concepts to improve business processes
    Basic project management skills (good analytical, conception and implementation skills) Tool knowledge
    • Expertise on any ticketing tool (Remedy or similar tools)
    • Working knowledge on JIRA would be an added advantage
    • Knowledge of any Kanban board related tools would be an added advantage
    MS Office (intermediate level), *
