Strong Experience in Active Directory Services. Support various Cloud Directories, Azure AD, AWS AD etc and their integration with on premises domain. Support issues related to FSMO roles, DNS zones, ADDS replication, DFSR etc. Perform domain migrations. Troubleshooting LDAPS, Kerberos, Sites and services related issues. Educates internal users on software capabilities and use.Perform Domain controller upgrades.Management and support of Exchange server.Automate recurring tasks using Powershell, Shell scripting or Python.Perform system/domain Hardening process & Vulnerability remediation.Act as a key player in SSO implementations using ADFS or Azure AD.Good to have Knowledge in Vmware/VRO/VRA and template creations.Work with various teams to identify and trouble shoot issues with Networking and site to site connectivity.Support Linux & Active directory integration tools.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSBachelor s degree in computer science or information technology or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner Requires knowledge of one or more operating systems used by FIS Ability to understand and apply technical concepts Ability to solve problems using learned techniques and tools Basic understanding of installation methodologies and toolsets as well as networking concepts and protocols Team skills including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Flexibility, versatility, dependabilityFIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTIONAdvanced professional role requiring extensive skill and proficiency.
