Job Description

1. Manage vendors covering issues such as housekeeping, cabs, office maintenance and office supplies.2. Maintain safe and clean carpet area, and welcome visitors in person or on the telephone answering queries and redirecting3. Maintains security by following procedures & monitoring logbook.4. Manage roll out of employee engagement activities.5. Handle employee grievance and escalate to Higher management.6. Handle reimbursement invoices and send to HQ to disbursal.7. Manage vendor purchase orders and payments.8. Maintain and update reports of all office expenses.9. Manage petty cash in coordination with Accounts Department.
