You will need Track all tenants who are renewing and who are exiting, and complete all renewal agreements accordingly.Documentation Khata Transfer & Property Tax payment You will need to coordinate with our vendors for any customers looking for any documentation service, and ensure it is tracked and completed on time.Folders You will need to manage our physical file folders to track agreements, and any other documents. Requirements:Pleasant personality, confident and well- spoken individual. Excellent written and spoken communication.Very well organized Experience: Candidates with 2 to 4 years of experience can apply.,
