    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
    • Achieve student admission targets.
    • Understand and pitch suitable programs based on customer needs/requirements.
    • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
    • Counselling and interacting with students and parents.
    • Assist students one-on-one in course selection, application process, and meeting deadlines.
    • Help students obtain necessary documentation for the application process.
    • Provide information on admissions requirements, enrolment process, and other procedures to students, parents, and guardians.
    • Coordinate efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.
    Salary: Upto 4.5 LPA IncentiveRequirements:
    • Ability to empathize with students and parents to build relationships.
    • Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment.
    • Proven expertise in converting leads into sales.
    • Experience working with CRM systems.
    • Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
    • Strong listening and presentation skills.
