Job Description

    • 15+ yrs. of overall experience with proven track record to develop enterprise architecture models with 5-8 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
    • Construct a custom technical architecture of multiple solutions fitting clients industry standards, use cases, strategy and technical needs on Adobe and Salesforce.
    • Manage multiple Customer engagements simultaneously.
    • Experience with Adobe & Salesforce Products. (Other campaigning tools is an advantage)
    • Work closely with customers, developers, testers, System Administrators, and business analysts to build solutions.
    • Become an expert in integrating Experience Cloud products and the methods by which they can be used to effectively optimize online businesses.
    • Design workflows and documents to support processes.
    • Application E2E solutioning and design taking into consideration operations, future maintainability, performance, and scalability.
    • Communicate proactively and effectively to Customer/Implementation Partner teams on assessments & recommendations throughout project life cycle.
    • Review existing design and implement solutions for improvement from performance and usability perspective.
    • Provide strategic guidance and direction to Customers for maximizing their digital marketing effectiveness.
    • Must have a deep understanding of different kinds of marketing programs that clients are leaning towards and how clients measure the returns.
    • Must demonstrate understanding of the latest trends in the digital marketing market space, including integration with mobile channel, data management in the new space, integration of online and offline channels and how its enables using some of the technologies.
    • Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying current on Adobe & Salesforce technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study.
    Must-Have:
    • Bachelors/masters degree in computer science with equivalent work experience.
    • Must exhibit a thorough conceptual understanding of the entire marketing process & capabilities that support these using one of the above-mentioned Technology stacks.
    • Worked on at least 5 - 7 full lifecycles of campaign management and have experience as Solution Architect working on multiple RFPs
    • Must have a clear understanding and preferable working experience across digital channels.
    • Must have a deep understanding of Other Marketing cloud and analytics cloud products
    • JavaScript, XML, Web services and SOAP Calls, and other Integration Technologies (using APIs, etc.) used in the integration of Marketing platforms
    • Certification in various campaigning tools is an added advantage.
    • Must have Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
    • Understanding the solutions and systems that support it including CDP and MDM
    • Good in communicating technical and business strategies optimally to Clients, Internal Audiences, and Leadership.
