Activities to be performed :Work with Consulting leadership team and PwC engagement teams to understand client requirements and provide effective, timely, viable solutions.The individual is expected to coordinate with the PwC engagement teams on an individual basis, design enterprise automation solutions, estimate the effort/resource recruitment/timeline, prepare a solution and agree the same with the engagement team.The individual is expected to then build a team from the existing resource pool under the guidance of the Consulting leadership team and deliver the solution in an agreed manner.It is important to note that irrespective of the designation, the individual is expected to perform hands-on activity as and when required.The individual is expected to work in a virtual team and when all/most of the team members will be working from different parts of the world and in different time zones.Level of experience : Minimum 4 years of relevant experienceEducation/qualifications : Any science stream, engineering will be preferredIndustry experienc e : Working in multiple industries will be preferredTechnical capability : The individual should have extensive hands-on experiences on must to have tools/technologies. Relevant certifications will provide additional confidence. He/she should be able to guide other team members (both internal and external to PwC) and provide end to end solutions to PwC clients.Must to have:Should be able to work independently on key tasks assignedStrong skills and hands on development experience developing solutions using Mule ESBExperience in developing solutions by designing API specifications & RAMExperience with Any point platform, Flow Design, API Design, DataWeave, CloudHubExperience with design patterns used with MuleSoft integrations & SalesforceExperience designing and developing REST APIsHands on experience with databases like Oracle DB, MySQL or PostgreSQL.Nice to have : Experience with Tibco, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss etc.Container Orchestration Docker, KubernetesKnowledge of Java, Kafka, Spring BootExperience with major cloud service providers like AWS, Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.Key personal attribute : High level of commitment, energy and enthusiasm.Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to meet a range of tasks and demands.Organized, structured and analytical approach to problem solving.Change-oriented and self-motivatedTeam player with experience in mentoring team members.Proactive mind-set in dealing with challenges in a customer driven environment.Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills when dealing with customers, team members, suppliers and leadership and ability to develop and sustain effective working relationships.,
