The successful Affiliate Marketing Manager (CLOSED) Realbridge e- Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd We require a highly motivated and determined individual to help drive online sales and increase traffic coming into our websites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of the entertainment brands highly successful affiliate offering within the industry.The right candidate will be especially interested in online, mobile and new media and will be in tune with youth consumer trends. Passion to learn new things and succeed in a high- pressure environment is a must.Key Responsibilities: Drive online traffic from Direct Affiliates, affiliate networks, vertical publishers, SE, niche ad networks and CPC, CPA, CPL ad networks. Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate- generated revenues; new campaign ideas, incentives, commissions and bonus offers Recruit new publishers and build valuable relationships with all types of affiliates Work closely with Marketing team to build and expand the affiliate program Work to agreed KPIs Generate and analyse sales reports Initiate new campaign ideas, product improvements, marketing incentives, and bonus offers Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all outputs and recommend new ideas Key Skills: Excellent knowledge of online media buying models including CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL etc. Hands- on experience in e- commerce conversion optimisation techniques Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proactive enthusiastic with excellent communication skills The ability to work autonomously and within a team Innovative, happy to discuss ideas amongst peers Confident and excellent inter- personal skills Fluent English both written and spoken Requirements: Minimum of 1 to 2- years experience in the Affiliate Marketing (Online and or Mobile) and Media Buying. Previous experience working at an online and or mobile ad network/ affiliate network is ideal.,
