Job Description

    • You will be responsible for the planning, modeling, design and verification of analog blocks integrated into our RADAR Front End circuits as a circuit designer or an IP lead. To be more specific, the analog blocks include Receiver signal chain, Analog filters, Power management, High speed drivers etc.
    • In collaboration with our product and IC architects, you will define the right topologies to meet the challenges covering electrical performance, manufacturability, testability, quality and cost. Your high level of creativity combined with your successful experiences will allow you to provide cutting-edge solutions adapted to high volume production.
    • You will model and design analog blocks in advanced CMOS technologies, ensure its robustness against highest quality and reliability standards.
    • You will support circuit validation and assist product and test engineers during qualification and volume ramp-up phases.
    • As a member of an international team, you will work closely with our other engineering centers based in Europe.
    Specific skills & knowledge
    • Master or Ph.D. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering for top Universities.
    • 12+ years of hands-on experience in core analog and mixed signal design at IC level in advanced technology nodes like 28nm, 22nm, 16nm. Candidates with higher or little lower experience level can also apply and If selected they will be hired at the appropriate job grades.
    • Must have strong background and experience in Baseband signal processing and filter design.
    • Must have very strong analog concepts on transiter level design, time and frequency domain understanding of signals and circuits, stability, noise, non-linearities and other non-idealities of high performance analog circuits.
    • Experienced in Data converters, PLLs is a plus. Understanding of design of RF blocks like mixer and LNA is desirable.
    • Proficient in Cadence analog design flow and tools.
    • Knowledge of MATLAB based modeling.
    • A team player with good communication skills and experience in working with international team in a collaborative environment.
    • Experience in Automotive chip development is desirable.
