Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition: Analysis (CAE) Engineer, ADG in StitchQualification: Masters Degree in Mechanical EngineeringExperience: 5+ yearsJob Responsibilities:Job Overview:This role is for electronics system engineering ADP - In stitch product line of INTEVA. Handling customer requirement and writing detailed electronics requirement which can be understood by hardware, software, and functional test teams.Job Responsibilities:
    • Utilize Octopuz and Mastercam simulation software to perform feasibility analysis of robotically sewn product applications incorporating a live decorative stitch
    • Propose sewing machine head design and fixture modifications to improve stitch path feasibility where needed
    • Perform FEA on Inteva developed sewing machines
    • Develop fixturing concepts to effectively support a 3D shaped part for robotic sewing given product design and material construction criteria.
    • Assist in the implementation of new robotic and manual sewing technologies and concepts
    • Communicate with Troy engineering using Zoom, written communication, and presentation materials
    Job Requirement:
    • Excellent proficiency in Catia V5 software.
    • Competency in Unigraphics software
    • Commitment to learn & develop proficiency with robot simulation software
    o Mastercam CAM software utilized to generate stitch path data for use in Octopuzo Octopuz- Robotic simulation software used to produce a robot movement program that can be directly uploaded to the robot
    • Competency in Finite Element Analysis
    o Static analysis Optistruct o Dynamic analysis LSDynao Preprocessing - Altair package
    • Competency in Team Center Data Management
    • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks.
    • Excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
    • Should be able to work in shifts.
    • Positive attitude and willing to work hard with teams and deliver desired results.
    • Good presentations skills
    • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Robotics, Mechanical, Machine Design)
