Job Description

    • Investigate, coordinate, bring to resolution, and report on security incidents relative to email as they are escalated or identified.
    • Forensically analyze emails for possible indicators of compromise
    • Monitor & Triage systems for user reported suspicious emails
    • Perform initial assessment on reported suspicious emails to determine if email poses a threat to the user, or is benign
    • Initiate threat analysis case for emails that pose a threat to the user and escalate to Sr. Threat Analysis team member.
    • Assist Senior Threat Analysts during investigations.
    • Maintain ownership of cases opened for customers including updating cases, communicating with the customer, and documenting resolution.

    • 1+ years of experience / knowledge in monitoring, detecting and supporting solutions such as Microsoft Security and Compliance for e.g., DKIM, ATP, AIP, Azure AD, CAS Alerts Management, DLP, Proof Point, FireEye ETP, Email and Web Security, SPAM filtering, etc
    • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
    • Basic Knowledge of Email Authentication
    • Familiarity with various types and techniques of cyber-attacks
    Desired Requirements
    • Bachelor or master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
