POSITION PURPOSE:Quality Analyst will perform the Quality Check on the production process (Processing / Closing / Underwriting) with effective sampling methods to check the quality of production and identify areas of improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify the minimum quality requirements for respective processPerform quality check and production as per the agreed Quality check parameters requirementsProvide constructive feedback to associatesWork as an individual contributor with minimum support from ManagementBe proactive to take new initiative and drive it to completionTrack and maintain feedback received from internal and external customersProvide Root Cause analysis on feedback received from ClientIdentify and recommend actions to minimize errorsUtilization of sampling methods, tools and analysis techniquesConducting weekly calls with operations managementsIdentify process improvements and automationsPerforming quality audits to identify the gaps of other quality checking processPerform calibrations sessions with Client and operations team as per agreed frequencyWork closely with Ops / Delivery team members to meet their Quality targets. Minimum of 1 years experience in fast- paced Mortgage Industry with an in- depth understanding of QA methodologies, tools, related techniques, and ability to document and implementJob Related Experience:Manage fluctuating and multiple prioritiesWork in a fast paced work environment that is frequently changingLearn quickly and take ownership of responsibilitiesManagement Experience:Verify and revise quality assurance standards as neededCultivate and disseminate knowledge of Quality assurance best practicesPosition Requirements:Excellent Knowledge of the US Mortgage IndustryGood verbal and written communication skills are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stake holders.Experience with reporting and analysisExcellent understanding of the organization s goals and objectivesExcellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience working in a team- oriented, collaborative environmentSix Sigma Yellow belt certified.,
