Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A: This role require candidate to work in shifts and interact with customer on a daily basis B: Serve as subject matter expert for managing Apple MAC and in general for Desktop Management C: Be on-call on a rotational basis for critical issues D: Good hands on experience on MAC OSX Snow Leopard, OS Lion, Mountain Lion Mavericks E: Must have past experience using JamF Pro
      • Technical Experience : a: Should have 3 to 4 years in experience in Mac OS and EUC environments b: Must have working experience in MAC OSX Snow Leopard, OS Lion, Mountain Lion Mavericks c: Desirable experience needed on Skype/Teams and Sharepoint Online d: Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary e: Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards
      • Professional Attributes : A: A good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
      • Educational Qualification : A: Higher Level Qualification in a technical subject is desirable
