Job Description

IntroductionAs an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesExperience & Expertise in Architecture, Design & Development of Applications in Enterprise Java, Node.js, Golang,Web Technologies and their deployment, management on public Cloud (preferably IBM) using Kubernetes, Openshift. This role is responsible for performance, availability and scalability of the applications.Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 12 to 15 years of experience in IT Industry
  • Experience in architecting highly scalable solutions
  • Experience in java, node or golang
  • Experience of microservices,Distributed systems, caching and load balancing,security
  • containerization - docker, docker swarm, kubernetes and openshift
  • IBM cloud, AWS or Azure experience
  • Leading team of developers
  • Estimation methods, Proposal preparation
  • Experience with Blockchain Technologies - Hyperledger Fabric, Corda, Ethereum
  • Experience in writing smart contracts for large scale blockchain solutions
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools,git, jenkins, Sprint planning,
  • Industry knowledge
