Job Description

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience with Salesforce CRM customization and development.
  • Experience managing functional and engineering teams.
  • Experience with designing data models for complicated business requirements with an understanding of Salesforces database fundamentals.
  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C++, Python, JavaScript or other scripting language.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Application or System Architect credentials.
  • Experience with writing unit tests, integration tests and UI tests for SFDC apps.
  • CRM domain knowledge with relevance to the cloud industry and its support channels.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems & applications. Knowledge of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata) and best practices for common integration scenarios.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforces multi-tenant environment, data model, Apex typographic conventions and transactions, execution governors and limits.
The Cloud Business Systems team is responsible for building cloud business systems including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Partners. As our Cloud teams grow rapidly, we need our business systems to support this massive growth. This team will have the opportunity to build innovative systems from the ground up that directly increase growth for Google Cloud.

Responsibilities
  • Build the Business Systems Analyst team, define the strategy, vision and roadmaps for short and long terms.
  • Lead and manage the development, configuration and deployment of SFDC modules to fulfill Google Cloud Support strategies.
  • Work with non-eng stakeholders and eng teams to identify and implement technical solutions to efficiently scale Google Cloud Support operations.
  • Write high quality designs and code to solve real world cloud customer problems using SFDC (primary) and Google stack (secondary).
