    Application Support Engineer | SQL Unix ITIL | 2.5 Years | Bangalore & Hyderabad | 6.5 LPAJob DescriptionPosition: Application Support Engineer Experience: 2.5 Years Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad CTC: Up to 6.5 LPAKey Requirements
    • 2 years of experience in Application Support.
    • Strong hands-on experience in Unix/Linux, SQL and Unix Shell Scripting.
    • Good understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Problem Management.
    • Excellent communication, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
    • Experience in incident resolution, stakeholder communication and bridge management.
    • Knowledge of ticket/backlog management and prioritization.
    • Experience with monthly metrics, recurring-failure analysis and support efficiency/automation.
    • Ability to manage shift handovers and assess work-item criticality.
    • Exposure to BCP, migration and planned/unplanned support activities.
    Preferred
    • Knowledge of Capital Markets and Middle/Back Office Operations.
    • Investment Banking domain experience is an advantage.
