Job Description

    Location: Chennai Experience: Fresher to 2 years Qualification: Any GraduateLocation - MG Road, Whitefield - Bangalore , Hyderebad - Jubliee HillsWe are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Store Executive to manage daily store operations, assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain store standards.Key Responsibilities
    • Welcome and assist customers with product selection.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
    • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
    • Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
    • Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
    • Ensure merchandise is stocked and replenished regularly.
    • Manage inventory and report stock shortages.
    • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
    • Coordinate with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
    • Follow company policies and maintain visual merchandising standards.
    Required Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong customer service and sales skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge and POS billing experience.
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
    • Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
    • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

    • Experience in retail stores, supermarkets, electronics, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG retail.
    • Comfortable interacting with customers and achieving sales targets.
