Key Roles and Responsibilities Handle application support activities for post-production clients to analyze log files, config files, exceptions etc. To co-ordinately closely with client on triaging issuestickets raised Taking ownership of designated post-production accounts work closely with the cross-functional development teams Adherence to contractually agreed SLAs with client on the tickets raised Experience in doing performance optimizationtuning for production application Ensure tickets are debugged pro-actively and status updated in the ticketing tool Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail Provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of junior developers Conducts design reviews and code reviews to ensure superior product quality Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices Ability to master a solid understanding of the product s business architecture and its business goals Works closely with the product owners and technical leaders to ensure stability of accounts handled Overall planning, execution, and tracking of development modules Professional Skills and Qualifications Total experience of 5 - 7 years Prior post-production support experience preferred Experience in Agile and working in scrum team environment B-Tech, B.E with sound knowledge and experience on .NET platform (C#, Object Oriented Design, SQL Server any other RDBMS & Web technologies) Should have hands on experience in coding programming on .NET platform Understanding of critical performance parameters Should have strong verbalwritten communication skills Should have good debugging skills Should be able to estimate efforts required to complete work on hand Prior work experience in BFSI domain preferred Keyskills :
