The My Oracle Support application portfolio is used by Oracle Customer Support to manage and resolve all customer initiated service requests for Oracle products. You will be a key part of the team that is starting a project to move My Oracle Support to Oracle Cloud Technologies. You will play a key part in research and implementation of various Oracle Cloud infrastructure and maintenance and management of them. You will be integral part of helping setup everything that encompasses devops and the CI/CD processes/tools/methodologies.To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field6+ years of relevant work experience, including programming experience and strong devops experienceExperience as part of a team doing state-of-the art, object-oriented software development including continuous integration, test-driven-development, automated unit and integration testing.In depth knowledge of UNIX/Linux: command-line utilities and shell scriptingExperience with Perl ScriptingExperience with versioning tools such as gitExperience with Weblogic Server administration: Upgrade, Troubleshooting and Performance TuningExperience with Apache Web Server/Oracle Webtier / Oracle HTTP Server Administration, Upgrade and Performance TuningExperience with FMW (SOA/BPEL) Server Administration - Upgrade, Troubleshooting and Performance TuningExperience in complex application deploymentsExperience in automation of kit creation and deploymentsExperience with administering CI servers such as Jenkins.Knowledge of microservices architecture and container orchestration frameworks such as Docker, Kubernetes.Any Experience with Oracle Public Cloud Administration is PlusExperience with SQL and Oracle DB a plus
