Job Description

    Long DescriptionPurpose:Supports Technology Lead in on ground implementation of initiatives. Collects andanalyses the data collected on ground to obtain insightsResponsibility:Understand the New Product requirements and customer expectations and plan development trials with proper Data Sheets, Process Sheets, Raw Materials, Tooling (if needed, then design the tooling) and Machines Execute development trials on Machines within optimized timeline Test the product against set requirements and analyse the product physically and electrically Get product approval from Customer including witness testing, if required Preparing product technical documents for customer reference Maintain the records of all documents during the product development phases Follow 5 Gate process for product development Generating new ideas for product design, modification, and participate in Patent filing Technical paper preparation and presentation at different symposiumRequired Skills:Hands on experience of material testing and HDPE, PVC and LSZH extrusion and good understanding of extrusion tools. Testing of polymer as per different standards IEC, ASTMEducation:B.Tech Material Science with 2-4 years of experience with exposure to R&D organization,
