• Drive the adaptation of a PowerEdge server to meet the product requirements of a solution team
• Lead effective meetings of functional extended teams
• Ensure consistent communication of project status and risks to management & stakeholders
• Create/maintain cross-functional engineering development schedules
• Plan, allocate, budget, and manage platform materials to support your product partner (e. g. prototypes, peripherals)

• 8 to 12 years of Server hardware/software debug/maintenance/operations experience and/or have a significant enterprise HW/SW product development background with a track record of delivery
• Strong understanding of product development life cycle
• Strong debug skills with enterprise server/storage/network equipment
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable identifying & working through occasional ambiguity
Desirable Requirements
• Knowledge of the Dell Engineering Development Process
• Experience with Dell Storage, PowerEdge HCI hardware/software along with knowledeg of VMware ESXi/vSAN experience
