Job summaryWould you like to play a key role in coordinating and implementing internal training in AMER for AWS Managed Services (AMS) Do you work well in a highly dynamic fast paced environment and have end to end program management experience We expect someone who has strong program management skills and can communicate well with global stakeholders and site Sr. leadership. As a Learning and Development Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing high quality training for technical and non-technical learning programs internally to support AWS Managed Services (AMS). You will also be responsible to work with several Learning Experience Designers on the team in order to drive the implementation of new and existing training content. Key job responsibilitiesAMS Training develops tailored learning programs and content for AWS Managed Services (AMS). We are committed to contributing to the operational excellence of AMS and endeavor to empower our team with extensive knowledge of our components and processes. Both training content and programs are developed to support our engineers and assist them in providing the best customer service, troubleshooting, and creative solutions for our enterprise customers. We also provide continued learning opportunities that increase the team s skill sets and enable innovation as we continue to automate solutions and improve our Operations service. We continue to, develop experts who in turn develop more experts through the adoption of the AWS Support SME Program and the new Bar Raiser program. AMS Training owns the following content and programs for AMS globally: New Hire Onboarding, Launch and Continuing Education, Training Delivery and Mentoring, Accreditation and Assessments, AMS Professional Development Strategy, and AMS Learning Experience Strategy. A day in the lifePosition will be based in India and can be hybrid both working remotely and in the office. You will be supporting the BLR site with 1 other LDPM and partnering with other LDPMs on the training team at several global sites in the US, Sydney, Dublin, and Manchester. The goal of AWS Managed Services (AMS) is to accelerate the adoption of AWS products for Enterprise customers by adding IT service management features like proactive monitoring, patch, backup, and processes like change and incident management.Our goal is to raise the bar in the industry by reducing managed infrastructure delivery times from months to minutes, increasing transparency, and being a true partner to our customers., -3+ years experience in program or project management -Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements -Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams -Bachelors degree in communication, education, design, or related field-2+ year experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS). Ability to apply adult learning principles Experience using video editing tools (Final Cut, Adobe Premier, After Effects, Camtasia or similar) Working understanding of web and media design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, CSS) Experience working with and integrating the use of knowledge bases and online reference for learning and performance support Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and managers to help write, design, develop, and manage technical and non technical content Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance Experience using Quicksight and Tableau or like Databases to track training data and completion rates Experience working remotely with Global Stakeholders and have the ability to work early or late hours to meet with Global stakeholders and other team members
