Job Description

    Job summaryAs a Business Partnering leader you are expected to: Partner with business teams to support products to launch and enable business expansions as a core team member representing Finance Operations. Maintain cordial relationships with partner teams to work on key operational and technical issues impacting finance operations Build processes, define procedures and policies with strong focus on Controllership and Compliance. Perform in-depth data analysis including building data-models and prototypes to generate and analyze various reports, schedules, etc. to summarize findings and draw conclusions to make recommendations to management. Develop subject matter expertise on data structures and data flows in and out of data repositories and work on transformational initiatives on data and business intelligence. Provide periodic progress reporting through effective and meaningful metricsA day in the life, CA, CPA, CWA or MBA, with 6+ or more years of post-qualification experience in Accounts Receivable/ Payables / Business Finance/ Operations Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills. Strong data analysis and deep dive skills Data Management and analysis - understanding data sources, objects and how variables interact with each other Adept with tableau, SQL, MS excel, word, PPT and other similar tools Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Accounts Payable/ Receivable Experience working on complex defect reduction initiatives Understanding of Financial systems and accounting workflow Retail/ E Commerce/ Consulting experience Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms and a true passion for data analysis, solving complex data issues and developing infrastructure for data reporting Expertise in Six Sigma defect reduction techniques (DMAIC, FMEA)
