Program Sr. Associate I to join our team in bengaluru, Karn taka (IN-KA), India (IN).A) ResponsibilitiesMonitoring Vcenter, Daily health check-up s, monitoring datastore utilization and take actions accordingly.Performing Snapshots creation and deletion activities, increasing CPU and memory as per resource availability, including monitoring of system health and performanceProvide 24x7 support for shift coverage.Understanding the SLA and acknowledging the ticketsAnalyse Datastore space related issue, CPU/memory utilization issue, perform VmotionB) Skills & Qualificationsupto 1 year experience on VMware 6.0,6.5, 6.7 and 7.0/Above versions in VMware vSphere.Knowledge of ESXI hostsKnowledge of incident and service request management.Knowledge of Templates, Snapshots, Cloning, Migrations, vMotion and svmotionExperience working with Linux, Windows & Unix servers.Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving skillsKnowledge of any of the ticketing tool SOM, RTMS.Flexible, team player, get-it-done personalityAbility to work independently (SOP based Activities), with little or no direct supervision.Basic ITIL foundation, Continual Service Improvement and Total Quality Management experiences.C) Nice to Have: (Optional)Knowledge of scripting.Basic Knowledge of any of the cloud technologyExperience supporting server related activities.MCSA Windows Certification or MCP Windows Certification ,VCA(VMware Certified Associate) certifications a plusD) Preferred Education:Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent with full time degree About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
