Job Description

As an Aptitude Trainer , you will be training students for enhancing Aptitude & logical reasoning What you will do:

  • Assessing placement readiness of assigned batches on a regular basis.
  • Debriefing students after interviews
  • Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities related to Aptitude and Quantitative Techniques
  • Mapping students to mentors for career guidance.
  • Taking a mock test and keeping track of student progress
  • Maintaining real-time records of readiness of students, objectively rating their skill and preparation levels on Quants
  • Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing expectations and closing communication loop
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • 2+ years of experience in Aptitude training
  • Should have at least 1 years of experience in teaching
  • Proficient in mathematics
  • Ability to set question papers on varying difficulties in order to get the student prepared
  • Develop training material based on needs assessment.
