Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company.
Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.

Qualifications and SkillsArchitect to undertake responsibility for

concept,
design development,
documentation,
supervision of site work,
coordination with client, contractors and consultants,

Work with Architect/Site Engineer to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.
Analyze building specifications, codes, space to create architectural design.
Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.
Preparation of Bill of quantity.
Prepare shop drawings for finisher layouts
Preparation of section and elevation layouts
Preparation of block wall and partition wall details & layouts
Preparation of As-built layout.
