The ASM is required to put together a Sales team for Bangalore and South Karnataka and build a strong distributor network. Candidates with a demonstrated track record in the FMCG space across General Trade & Modern trade and an in-depth understanding of Bangalore and associated markets only need apply. The candidate will report to the Head of Sales-India and be focused on achieving targets and display leadership and be closely associated with Super Stockists, Distributors and the Sales team to bring about the best in them.Compensation will be attractive along with performance-linked incentives and on par with Industry standards.The company has a wide range of Personal & Health care products from the house of Edayath Thaikkattu Mooss, a legendary world-renowned Ayurvedic name from Kerala. The Nalpamara pure Ayurvedic range of soaps include very unique formulations namely, Green Gram soap, Red Sandal Soap, Turmeric Soap, Kewda Soap, Lime Soap, Lavender soap, Sandal Soap, Kasthuri Manjal Soap, Papaya Soap, Nenmeni soap (28 herbs). The Premium range include soaps such as Cocoa Butter Soap, Mango Butter Soap, Shea butter Soap, Charcoal soap, Chaulmogra soap and Multani Mitti soap.
