Our client has in its offering a wide range of decors used in both Exteriors & Interiors applications. We have been hired to recruit Area Salaes Managers for Mumbai / Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate would be an Engineering graduate with 3+ years of sales and marketing experience in building materials. Duties Techno- Commercial role: Knowing the Market potential & tapping the same in terms of Architects, Consultants, upcoming / Ongoing Projects for specification & conversion. Responsible for Channel Adequacy. Lead generation, Lead Qualification / Prospecting, Specification, Maintain Prospect List, Enquiry generation, Negotiation, Closure of order. (Pre to Post- Sales Support) Accountable & measured for self- generated & jointly developed Projects with FBP. (No FBP Primary sales reporting) Weekly review meeting with Key FBPs in person and telecon weekly review meeting with other FBPs, followed by monthly in person meetings. FBP Review meeting checklist to include Prospective projects for joint working, Stock in hand, Material Forecast, Completed & Ongoing Projects, Technical Compliance, Pictures update, Status of Enquiries, etc. Train the FBP sales and technical personnel to make them Mr. FunderMax& joint call with them on regular basis Liaison between FBPs requirements & the company for Commercial, Technical & Marketing issues. Be a One Point contact of your defined region. Ensure Technical Compliance of Projects. Accountable for Qualitative aspects of Projects of your region. Handle all Customer service issues and be responsible for the same. Work in coordination with Manager - KA & BD to ensure coverage of key accounts and key projects Maintain all key accounts and key projects of your region in CRM To interact with colleagues (Sales, Accounts, HR, Logistics, IT, Customer Care, Marketing) on regular basis for synergizing the business in your defined region Focus on Project Sales : Identify and Define big projects of the region singly & jointly with FBP and focus on them for coverage and conversion and maintain Sales pipeline of these projects for continuous business. The pipeline should be double the Target given. Key FBPs : Main focus on agreed Key FBP of your region. Key Markets : Focus on agreed key markets in terms of coverage FBP Personnel Strategy : Ensure 100% implementation of this strategy with FBPs in your region. Technical Compliance : Implement and ensure technical compliance of all projects in your region to FIPL standards CRM : Update database of Appointments (Pre JCP & Post actuals) , Accounts and Projects in CRM on daily basis (In exception case within 48hrs) Day & Travel Schedule: Focus on Projects, Accounts, Technical visits & co- ordination meetings with FBPs Update Appointments, Accounts and Projects in CRM daily (In exception case within 48hrs ) Reporting : Daily CRM update, Monthly and Quarterly MIS Report, Material stock statement of FABPs as of month end, Material forecast, Projects update FBP- wise & Consolidated Prospects update, Quarterly Key Accounts and Key Projects status report with action plan on coverage, Competitors Database, Key FBP personnel strategy, Enquiries Status including Won / Lost / Open, etc. Updation in CRM of Appointments, Accounts, Prospects and Projects daily with key contacts. Updation of weekly JCP (Journey Cycle Plan) in CRM for coverage Accounts, Prospects and Projects with key contacts. Ongoing Project Visit Report to be uploaded in CRM To immediate superior, i. e.
